Manatii Dark Rum "Hope Town"

Manatii Rum is produced using a blend of South American and Mauritian molasses that is fermented and distilled twice in bespoke copper pot stills. It is aged in oak and a small amount of homemade caramel is added purely for colour. Delicate notes of sweet, grassy sugarcane and tropical fruits, backed up by a whisper of oaken vanilla. Caramel trickles through creating a warm but smooth finish.
