This Gold Award winning Welsh Witch Spiced Rum is a decadent homage to the Welsh Bara Brith, with sugar, spice and everything nice. This is a silky smooth, spiced rum consisting of citrus elements and ends its journey with a whisper of whisky. Interweaved in a variety of dried fruits and spices, the rum produces a combination of textured tastes and intense flavours. Currants are soaked and simmered to create a syrup which is married with fresh orange peel and a mixed of secret spices before leaving to rest.
