The Severed Hand Rum range are all meticulously crafted using single origin rum from the Caribbean which is then compounded in traditional copper pot stills in their distillery in the UK. A number of exotic ingredients are added in the process including Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon, sultanas, chilli, cassia, coconut and a few secret offerings before being decanted into ex-whisky American Oak barrels and aged for 8-10 months.
