Palate: This lightly spiced rum has candied plum overtones followed by caramel whispers. The powerful coastal flavours fade into a pleasantly spiced finish.
Nose: An initial aroma of scorched orange followed by elegant spiced overtones.
Serve: Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a rum and ginger. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Rum. Pair with 150ml of ginger beer garnish with a slice of lime.
