Mad City is a blend of 4 Caribbean rums which are then blended with a mix of 25 botanicals including coffee, orange, coconut and cardamom.

Tasting Note: Fine and complex on the nose. Soft mocha with sweet citrus and tropical fruits on the palate, with hints of vanilla, warm spices and pecan nuts.

The Perfect Serve – Works in all white rum cocktails such as a Daiquiri or Mojito or over ice with a good quality Cola.
