In homage to ‘Wen’ the Baker at Pymmes Mews, the team at the Old Bakery decided to make a special dark rum.

Having bought in what they describe as ‘a rough & tumble 57% ABV Navy Strength Rum from Jamaica’, then re-distilled it and cut it down with fine mineral water. The result is a super smooth rum which has wonderful vanilla nose complimented with soft caramel notes.
