Cuckoo Sundowner Rum is made using a combination of home-made Lancashire white rum, blended with South American white rum. Aged for over six months in ex-bourbon whiskey barrels, the rum is then lightly infused with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, ginger and natural Lancashire honey. Perfect Serve; Serve a double measure of Cuckoo Sundowner Rum over ice in a rocks glass. Squeeze over a generous wedge of fresh lime and then add it as a garnish. Mix with a premium cola or ginger beer.
