This was an organic rum created as a limited edition batch by the Da Mhile Distillery in Wales to commemorate St David’s Day. It proved so popular that it has now become part of their core range. It is oak matured with hints of vanilla and raisin and just enough sweetness to work well as either a sipping rum, or with a mixer of your choice.
