Morvenna Hennacliff Rum is complex and a considered blend of two unique rums. The main element of the blend was matured for a year in fresh American oak. The second was a dual maturation, spending two-years in ex-bourbon American oak, followed by one-year in an Oloroso sherry cask. Plum, pineapple and lemon on the nose. The palate is soft with notes of vanilla, caramel and white pear. A satisfying dry, tart finish.
